Here is an idea of some of the projects we have successfully delivered over the last year.

Children Centre Consultant

Designing and writing an operational procedures manual for 24 Children Centres based in the East of England. Project manager and coordinator of stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. Developing a tool kit for self-evaluation of Children Centres and training staff to use in delivering their operational services.

Childcare Consultant

Worked with local authority as a change agent to implement the Government's Single Funding Formula and Nursery Education Funding policy, through the design and delivery of a children services graduate pay levels survey to support funding formula options. Created newsletter to keep stakeholder groups involved and updating key partners at a local level.

Early Years Business Advisor

Institute of Business Consulting (SFEDI) accredited Business Advisor specialising in Early Years providing business strategic, research and operational advice to nurseries based in London enterprise support agencies.

Consultant

Stakeholder engagement for local authority and PCT to produce a Mental Health Accommodation Strategy involving survey analysis, needs mapping and consultations with users and providers.

Early Years Trainer

Developed and delivered OFSTED inspection self-evaluation training and delivered in 3 London boroughs.

Early Years Consultant

Delivered Childcare Sufficiency Assessment - research consultations and reports to East of England local authority.
